"I don’t know why the refund took..."
I don’t know why the refund took longer than I expected, but it did come through eventually. The return process worked in the end, just not as quickly as I was hoping.

The shoes showed up clean and in perfect condition, so I can’t complain. For what I paid, it feels fair to say the quality is good and the order came exactly as expected.

"Stock never seems to actually be there"
I do like a lot of the stuff on BSTN, but the stock situation is frustrating. I’ll see my size available, click through all quick because I don’t want to miss it, and then suddenly it’s gone or won’t let me check out.
This has happened more than once now, so browsing starts to feel like a bit of a waste of time, especially when you’re already rushing. The site itself looks good, but they really need to update the stock faster.

"I do like some of the stuff..."
I do like some of the stuff on bstn, but the website is kind of a pain to use. Pages load slow for me and the filters dont always do what theyre supposed to, especially when Im on my phone. A few times something looked like it was in stock, then I clicked it and it was just gone or unavailable. Checkout was also a little confusing for no real reason. Its not the worst site ever, but shopping there def takes longer than it should.

I ordered from bstn.com and the whole delivery process was easy. I got the tracking info quickly, and since I tend to watch for little patterns with shipping updates, I noticed everything moved along exactly like it was supposed to. The package showed up on the day they said it would, with no delays or random issues, and the box was in good shape too. After having a few messy experiences with other shops, this was a nice change. I’d definitely order again.

"Shipping made me a bit anxious"
I ordered from BSTN the shipping took a lot longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved for days, which was frustrating because I kept checking and just wanted some reassurance that my package was actually on the way.

Everything did arrive in good condition in the end, so that was a relief. But the wait was annoying enough that I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a rush and felt confident I’d get better updates along the way.

"Sneakers seem totally legit"
I ordered a pair of sneakers from BSTN and everything looked real to me. The box, tags, and little details all checked out, and I didn’t notice anything off with the shoes themselves. Shipping took a little longer than I was expecting, so I’d give it 4 stars, but the product was solid. I’d probably order from them again, especially if I find another pair I want.

"I’ve ordered from BSTN a couple of..."
I’ve ordered from BSTN a couple of times now, and the prices are usually fair, especially when they’ve got sale items. A few things still feel a bit overpriced, and I kind of regret grabbing one item before it dropped more, but overall the value is solid. Shipping was okay, not exactly quick, but nothing awful either. I’d probably buy again if the price was right

"Order was right, just a bit slow"
I ordered from BSTN and everything showed up exactly how I picked it, including the right size and color. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping for, but there were no mistakes with the order, so overall I’m happy with the experience
