Absolute joke of a company. Tried ordering some trainers 3 times, using 3 different payment methods (debit card, Apple Pay and PayPal) and my order was cancelled every time. 1st time by card. Got an email saying order was cancelled so I messaged and was told payment wasn’t authorised, even though the payment was pending in my bank. 2nd time by Apple Pay - order status was processing so I messaged again and was told order hadn’t registered in the system and then the order got cancelled. 3rd time I ordered using PayPal and instantly messaged explaining what had previously happened and to make sure this order goes though. Again was cancelled and again told it hadn’t registered in their system. No fix or alternative offered. Trainers are now out of stock here and on another site I was looking at.

BSTN is always offering best products in very very competitive cost. I sometimes find them even cheaper than Nike itself. They have the program aimed at rewarding their customers which I find good. they have good customer service and reply or resolve issue quickly

Managed to purchase a limited shoe in my size.. the size restocked on 2 separate occasions throughout the day so was convinced I wouldn’t get a cancellation email. Lo and behold, I log into my BSTN account later this afternoon only to see my order has been cancelled. No email to confirm this either. It’s poor however it doesn’t surprise me. I certainly would not purchase from them in the future.

Not helpful, nothing was made to make up for their mistake.

Never let me know that the order was cancelled.
Followed up myself and was advised it was due to a system changeover. If I hadn’t followed up they wouldn’t have even let me know

Ordered to England, great prices and products, kept up to date and was aware of potential customs charges.
95% of the bad reviews are because of the additional charges but it’s clearly stated on the website and it’s what you expect shipping from overseas if spending over 135.
The clothes ordered the other option would have been from the US double the price so all good here

BSTN sent me the wrong size of an item.
When asking if they would then cover the shipping charge when I wanted to order the correct item(hoping they would sent the correct size) they refuse this.
I have ordered several times from BSTN without problems. Which is also why I am supprised by their lack of customer service in this case.

I bought two jackets around $500 USD. Turns out FedEx charges me almost $400 for the shipping. And BSTN didn’t tell me first. So bad experience. Never buy anything from them.

Avoid this company if you are from the UK and buying something costing over £135. You will be charged custom fees also they don’t fill their customs declaration forms properly so you will also be charged 20 % VAT even though you already paid it at the time of ordering. Also very slow to respond to emails.

I dont think he read my message. It feels like he just responded with the return conditions, even though my message was saying that I already sent a package out, and had specific questions.

Ordered some sneakers to UK - when they arrived they were too small so returned them (at a cost of almost £30…nearly half the cost of the sneakers themself). 3 weeks after my tracking info said the package was delivered they say they haven’t got it. So I have no sneakers and no refund - I’ll be honest the whole operation feels like a scam.

Brought a tracksuit for £170 from the site, only to be hit with £70 customs charge by parcelforce. Completely absurd! Absolutely livid. £70 custom charge!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE IN THE UK. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!

I purchased two pairs of New Balance Made in USA sweatpants. Unfortunately, these did not fit correctly, so I contacted BSTN regarding a return and refund. To cut a long story short, they will not accept returns from the UK; I have returned the goods twice, and they have declined the goods on both occasions, returning the goods back to the sender. Please avoid never will I purchase goods outside of the UK again. Shocking service.

Ordered a month ago - was told the item would arrive in 5 to 7 days, still has not arrived, no update from the shipping company. I have been told I need to wait 4 weeks for a investigation.
